Form & Function Developments is locally owned by Charles Wiebe. Charles is a Red River Business Administration graduate, and has been involved in the construction industry his whole life. He has experience in home construction, renovating, and cabinet manufacturing. His broad experience brings fresh perspective to deck building. He has been involved in the deck industry for 5 years and has been a business owner for over 8 years. He's also built a successful decorating business called The Christmas Light Guys. He is assisted by his wife Sharenda who aids in the deck design process. Her eye for detail and creativity are what make each design unique. She has previously worked in visual presentation for the Aldo Group and locally as a design consultant at Kesay Furniture Studio.
